Today we drink the fruit of long years spent in the bottle thanks to quality work and passion from times gone by.

These are wines from another era , in every sense: Today we drink the fruit of long years spent in the bottle thanks to quality work and the passion of times gone by.

Whites to be enjoyed as "Great Reds". Reds to be aged for a very long time.

The vineyards are located in Monferrato, a historic wine area in Piedmont.

Production is based on a scrupulous selection of grapes.

The winemaking process is characterised by long macerations (the skins remain in contact with the must for a long time) and a very limited use of sulphur dioxide (the famous wine sulphites are very few).

The refinement takes place mainly in large wooden barrels.
