Chianti Classico Docg 2019 - Fonterutoli Mazzei
The red Chianti Classico "Fonterutoli" is the true standard bearer of Mazzei production , a great red produced 90% with Sangiovese grapes and 10% with Malvasia Nera , Colorino and Merlot , a puzzle that, as if by magic, is assembled during vinification, giving life to an elegant and well-proportioned label , intense and soft at the same time.
This Chianti is characterized by an olfactory bouquet of fruity notes , from which emerge more specific touches that bring back sweet spices. Refined and persuasive on the palate, it enters the mouth with a well-enveloping sip, distinguished by a fresh note that recalls the light flavor of citrus fruits.
