Bortolomiol is a famous name in Prosecco, a historic winery in Valdobbiadene that has made a significant contribution to enhancing the area. It was founded after World War II by Giuliano Bortolomiol, a young graduate of the Conegliano School of Oenology, and today considered one of the great pioneers of Italian sparkling wine, master of the Martinotti or Charmat method and great experimenter. Today the winery is led by her four daughters who have proudly affirmed a feminine sensibility in the world of wine.

The Bortolomiol winery includes 4.5 hectares of vineyards planted with organic farming and a vast network of conferring members united in a close partnership called the Assistance project, aimed at the continuous technical updating of the winemakers, the identification of the most prestigious vineyards, the implementation a rigid and precise eco-sustainable protocol called the Green Mark and the sharing of knowledge to obtain grapes of the best quality.
