Description
Erik Banti's Morellino di Scansano DOCG "Spineto" is a red wine made from 85% Sangiovese , 10% Alicante and 5% Merlot grapes, a wine that until a few years ago was known only locally, but with the advent of this company in 1981 and its " pioneering " vision, Morellino di Scansano has managed to cross the Maremma borders, now being part of the most popular Tuscan wines .
The bouquet is vinous , with fruity notes of black cherry and flowery violet, quite intense , complex and fine . In the mouth, on the other hand, it is quite warm and soft , with the right acidity and well-blended tannins .
