Description
Bonazolae di Cà du Ferrà is a white wine from the Ligurian Riviera di Levante , more precisely from the Bonassola coast , in the province of La Spezia .
Mainly Vermentino , accompanied by Albarola and Bosco , Bonazolae is a taut, direct , saline white wine , with a marked acidity and great drinkability .
Cà du Ferrà carefully follows several vineyards scattered in the Bonassola area, some of which are ancient and composed of mixed vines , which it cultivates in full respect of nature by practicing "green" agriculture : organic certificates pay particular attention to the preservation of biodiversity .
Demonstration of the company's commitment to the preservation of the territory, in recent years Cà du Ferrà has activated a project for the recovery of rare and ancient vines . To date, thanks to their dedication , some vineyards of ruzzese have been replanted , a forgotten vine almost extinct but with great potential .
Why you should drink it
Bonazolae di Cà du Ferrà is not just a wine, but the fruit of the passion of its producers for the territory in which it is born . A revolution based on the idea that the only way to rediscover areas little known to people is to create good and typical products .
Respect for nature in the vineyard and perfectionist technique in the cellar : are you ready to discover Bonassola and enjoy its fruits ?
When to uncork it
On summer afternoons , during lunch on the terrace , take a cuddle and drink Bonazolae .
How to drink it
Drink it cool and let it quench your thirst.
Vinification and Aging
The grapes are harvested , brought to the cellar and immediately pressed . After pressing, the must is decanted : only the clear part will then be fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature .
The wine is soon bottled to enclose all the aromas given by the grapes and fermentation. It is released on the market less than a year after the harvest.
Territory
We are located on the hills of Bonassola and Levanto , in the province of La Spezia . A succession of terraces that look straight in the face of the Mediterranean Sea, which are reflected in it, kissed by the sun that the salt water reflects.
