A historic wine producer: the Jermann winery was founded in 1881 by combining the passion and foresight of a family of Slovenian origin, who grew up in Austrian vineyards and landed in Villanova di Farra, in the province of Gorizia.
In a few years the members of the family become owners of vineyards and in the seventies Silvio Jermann leads the family winery to the top of Italian and world quality.
"Vinnae" is the wine that par excellence expresses the triple territorial soul of the Jermann winery: Friuli, Austria and Slovenia meet in this bottle with grapes of the three most representative vines of this territory where one border fades into the other, namely Ribolla Gialla , Riesling Renano and Tocai .
With a bright pale straw yellow color. Fruity, mineral, elegant bouquet on the nose. The palate is dry, fresh and savory.
"Vinnae" was born to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Jermann family's dedication to the vineyard.
In our opinion, as a motivation it is more than valid.

The grapes are harvested in September. The aging then takes place for 6 months in Slavonian oak barrels for a part of the wine , the rest in steel.
The Ribolla, Tocai and Riesling vineyards used for the production of Vinnae enjoy differentiated exposures ranging from South-East to North-West, in the vineyards of the Villanova estate, in Farra d'Isonzo.
Prevailing marls and sandstones belonging to the Flysch formation of the Eocene age that give rise to a rocky substrate which transforms itself into the characteristic âponcaâ of the Collio area.
