THE WINES:

“Cartoixà de Marina” is a wine from the Tanca Els Ulls winery, in the Catalan area of Tarragona. Cesc Boronat, owner of the winery, created the “Tanca els Ulls” project (which means “Close your eyes”) in an old building, where his grandfather once made wine, in this way the project is both conservation and inspiration, acting as a bridge between the past and the future. Cartoixà de Marina is a 100% Cartoixà Orange Wine , the grapes are grown close to the sea and during processing 40% of the wine goes into amphora, for further aging before blending and bottling. A true Spanish gem to be discovered.

Aldo Viola 's "Biancoviola" blends freshness with the Sicilian sea, in a liquid played in subtraction. Personal interpretation of the vines, Grillo, Catarratto and Grecanico, characterized by a powerful expressive charge and respect for the original fruit, banning the use of any chemical or synthetic substance. Sea everywhere, even in the sip , where the wine is pulled by a very fine saline trail, Biancoviola can conquer everyone, by virtue of its refined complexity.

"Mediterraneo" is a Ligurian white wine, fresh and full-bodied, characterized by a lively flavor, produced by Giorgia Grande, a young winemaker from Cornice, a small village in Val di Vara, located in the first Ligurian hinterland of the very famous Cinque Terre in collaboration with Luigi Zoli and myself. Mediterraneo is the example of a Liguria di Levante in great movement , which through small and very small productions manages to carve out a space for itself on the table of great Italian wines.
