Description

From Monferrato , where nature creates and blends in Muscat vines , unique and inimitable products have always come out.

The Moscato d'Asti by Tenimenti Ca 'Bianca is no exception: created in the heart of the hills of Alto Monferrato , in the province of Alessandria , it represents the great classic of the Piedmontese tradition and of dessert wines in general.

The color is straw yellow , accompanied by an elegant and fine perlage .

The nose brings delicate and persuasive aromas, with notes of peach and sage , with citrus sensations in the background . In the mouth it is sweet and clean , with critical hints that leave room for fruity aromas in the finish.

Why you should drink it

When to uncork it

But, if you don't want to wait for dessert, open it at the time of the aperitif or as an accompaniment to fresh cheeses.

Vinification and Aging

The grapes are harvested starting from the second decade of August . The harvest takes place exclusively by hand in 15 kg boxes. The grapes are taken to the cellar , where in the shortest possible time they are subjected to a soft pressing . The must that is obtained, after careful clarification by static decantation , is stored in refrigerated tanks at low temperatures (-2 ° C). If necessary, it is transferred to special steel containers (autoclaves), where a slow fermentation at a controlled temperature begins. Once the desired parameters have been reached, alcoholic fermentation is stopped by refrigeration , leaving the final product with a natural residual sugar that balances the alcohol content.

Territory

Land in the Alto Monferrato , in Alice Bel Colle in the province of Alessandria at 360 meters above sea level.

Soil composed of more or less sandy marls , gray - blue with local sandy-conglomeratic intercalations.
