Description

This Alto Adige Lagrein Riserva Doc of Castel Sallegg comes to life from 100% Lagrein grapes from proprietary vineyards located around Lake Caldaro, in the province of Bolzano.

It expresses a perfume characterized by hints of ripe red berries , cassis and blackberries, on a floral and spicy background, while in the mouth it reveals great balance and a good structure , in which the elegant tannins blend.

Because we are talking about the traditional red , capable of transferring the essence of the exceptional territory from which it comes into the glass, a real gem that must be tasted to discover something more about Trentino wines.

How to drink it

Uncork and let the wine breathe for a few minutes , serve it at a temperature of 16-18°C .

Vinification and Aging

Fermentation took place in steel at a controlled temperature and maturation for 18 months in 500 liter French oak barrels.
