A wine that Matteo, in fact, did not limit himself to choosing, but that he created in person together with the producerTuscan Manuel Pulcini. The private label "Le déjeuner des Gottars" it's aIGT Toscana redunfiltered. A wine created ad hoc from a classic blend of Lucca, the so-called "megablend", or a mix of many types of grapes: in Lucca, together withSangiovese, many international vines have always been united which in the meantime have become decidedly local, syrah in the first place. A light wine born from the hand of a friend ofVinové Manuel Pulcini.

Why you should drink it

Because it represents what we mean by "real wine",a light, suffused wine, approachable by everyone, but without being trivial. How to drink it

Let's talk about aagile red, fresh and ready to uncorkand share. The only trick: before uncorking it, keep it in the fridge for half an hour. We love having this even more dynamic sip.

Vinification and Aging

Spontaneous fermentation in tubs without the addition of oenological adjuvants, aging in steel and one part, the syrah, in 2/3 passage wood, then assembled.

Territory

Manuel has 3 hectares divided into different plots throughout the province of Lucca, the most important in San Macario on terraces that can only be worked by hand and in Pescia (where the winemaking cellar is located). The great heterogeneity of areas allows for balanced wines every year.

Soil

The vineyard in San Macario measures approximately 1.8 hectares. Poor land, terraced and characterized by the marl component.
