We are happy to announce the exclusive release of "Le Déjeuner des Gottars" , an oenological jewel born from the collaboration between our Sommelier, Matteo Circella, first place in the Michelin Guide 2021, and the Tuscan producer Manuel Pulcini. This private label is only available in 200 bottles, making it one of the most precious gems in our collection.

But what kind of wine is it?

We are talking about a red, unfiltered IGT Toscana, the result of a careful selection of grapes typical of the Lucca area, known as "megablend". This mix includes Sangiovese and international varieties that are now considered local, such as Syrah. The result is a light, suffused and approachable wine, designed to be enjoyed in every moment of sharing and pleasure.

This wine perfectly embodies the philosophy of Vinové: offering authentic wines that celebrate sharing and love for genuine moments. "Le Déjeuner des Gottars" represents the beginning of a journey of close collaborations with producers who share our passion for "real wine".

Manuel Pulcini, in close collaboration with Matteo Circella, created this wine favoring spontaneous fermentation and refinement that combines steel with second and third passage wood for the Syrah variety. The result is a fresh red, ideal for any meal and perfect to be enjoyed in company. Before serving it, we advise you to cool it for about half an hour to bring out all its nuances.

The main vineyard is located in San Macario, with poor and terraced soils, typical of the varied geography of the province of Lucca. Manuel manages approximately 3 hectares, distributed in different parcels which contribute to the great diversity and balance of each vintage produced.
