Gatta's Metodo Classico reflect Nicola's intense, sunny and peasant soul. They have a thin and very fine perlage , which passes through a slightly cloudy layer tending towards pale yellow (color due to the absence of filtration).

The Wines:

Nicola Gatta's "30 Lune" is a tasty and satisfying bubble with a carefree drink. Nicola is the frontman of artisanal Franciacorta, following the precepts of biodynamics and consequently excluding the use of any chemical or synthetic substance in order to preserve the vitality of the land and plants. This Classic Method has a pulpy but slender sip, perfectly balanced between freshness and saline contribution. A wonderful compulsive drink, a faithful companion on sunny days and beyond.

The Spumante Metodo Classico Extra Brut “Quattrocento 40 Lune” amazes with its vitality and gustatory dynamics, and is perhaps the most carefree compromise among Nicola’s wines in combining irresistible drinkability with the inevitable complexity that distinguishes his wines. Compulsive drinkability and depth, with notes of talc, acacia and citrus peel on the nose. The sip is full but at the same time very slender and vital, dynamic even in its evolution if tasted several times. Pulp, freshness, saline finish: need we say more ?

The Metodo Classico Blanc de Noirs Nature “70 Lune” is Nicola Gatta’s flagship wine, which stands out for its depth and definition. We are truly at the top with this pearl, it represents the genuine face of Franciacorta, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grow here without manipulation and forcing, as if to testify, if there was still any need, that the vitality of the fruit is a fundamental prerequisite for obtaining a great wine.
