THE WINES:

“ Toscana Rosso Igt Le Déjeuner Des Gottars Exclusive 2020 " Of Manuel Pulcini is a real gem from Vinové and from the No. 1 Sommelier in Italy for the 2021 Michelin Guide Matteo Circella. A wine that I didn't just choose, but that I personally created together with the Tuscan producer Manuel Pulcini. A light, suffused wine, approachable by everyone, but without being banal. For this reason, this bottle is so in Vinové's style: because we think it is the perfect wine for real moments to drink together .

“ The others ” Of Celler Lagravera is a Spanish red wine from the DO Costers del Segre, made with 100% Tempranillo grapes from 14 different plots of the winery, here the selection of the bunches in the vineyard is manual and only the perfect ones are chosen. A red for when you just want to relax and enjoy the dual personality of ripe fruit and a touch of French oak barrel. Think deep cocoa aromas with hints of raspberry and blackberry with an elegant base of raw chocolate and a hint of vanilla.

“ Bourgogne Cuvée Margot ” by the great Leflaive Olivier is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes from various Burgundian “villages” and some old vineyards in Haute Cote, all areas extremely suited to the production of quality wines. We are talking about a classic interpretation of Burgundy: only the best grapes, rigorously hand-picked from the various plots, contribute to creating this selection of rare finesse and elegance .
