The Wines:

“ Cerico ” by Primaterra, born from Granaccia and Syrah grapes, showing itself as a great witness of Walter De Battè 's love for his land. Walter's goal has always been to revive the ancient traditions of local viticulture, restoring some small terraced plots with dry stone walls, this red wine perfectly reflects the artisanal and passionate work that has led Walter De Battè to be an icon of Cinque Terre wine, his deep knowledge of the territory, his winemaking skills and the desire to always create healthy and genuine wines are the only basis of his success.

" Tonos " from Walter DeBatté's Primaterra project is an intense and aromatically rich red, which embodies the soul of Liguria . The grapes from clay soils are harvested manually and subjected to maceration and fermentation for about 60 days. After aging in barrels and then in bottles for 6-8 months, "Tonos" has a deep ruby color, the fruity and balsamic aroma offers notes of cherry, ripe red fruit, earth and mentholated hints. In the mouth, the well-integrated tannins give a velvety and complex sip, full-bodied and with a rich persistence. "Tonos" is a tribute to the Ligurian territory and an unmissable discovery for lovers of red wines with great personality.

"Harmoge" is a white wine made from Bosco, Vermentino and Albarola grapes , this bottle faithfully captures the magic of the Cinque Terre , a unique blend of flavor, fruit and Mediterranean scrub. Walter De Battè , before being an oenologist or craftsman of the land, is a man endowed with culture and extreme sensitivity, custodian of one of the most evocative areas of the entire Italian panorama, but at the same time the most difficult to manage. A few simple gestures, in the name of reduced and targeted interventionism, which have allowed a terroir that has always been suited to return to express itself in liquid form.
