Description

The Schiava "Sofi" by Franz Haas is a fragrant version of one of the most representative wines of Alto Adige , it is produced with 100% Schiava grapes , the native vine cultivated for centuries in the region and before the white revolution, it was the most widespread in absolute. It is made by one of the most famous vignerons in South Tyrol, Franz Haas precisely, whose family has been cultivating vineyards in the mountain area for 7 generations .

This "Sofi" is a label from the wine collection that Franz wanted to dedicate to his daughter, a new interpretation of the classic vines, in a young guise . It expresses aromas of wild strawberries, ripe cherries, red currants, raspberries and fresh almonds, while on the palate it is light and flowing , with a very subtle tannic texture and a juicy and crunchy fruit, which satisfies the taste .

Why you should drink it
