Description

The "Rivolto" is an Extra Dry Spumante produced by Riccardo Zanotto in Resera, in the province of Treviso, in the heart of the Prosecco di Conegliano-Valdobbiadene area.

Soft on the palate and with an aromatic fragrance, it comes from a base of glera grapes and white berried grapes according to the Charmat method .

The color is pale straw yellow, limpid and brilliant in the glass, with a fine and persistent perlage. The olfactory bouquet is intense, leaving the nose to perceive mainly fruity scents, of apple and pear in particular. Delicate and pleasant tasting, it gives the palate a good persistence and a pleasantly almond aftertaste.
