The Manara farm was founded in 1950 and has been carrying on its winemaking tradition with passion and experience for three generations. The growth of the company that can be seen in recent years is certainly due to the generational change represented by the brothers Lorenzo, Fabio and Giovanni Manara, who follow all stages of production with attention and scruple. The expansion of the company, with the new and functional cellar, facilitates and optimizes the production process and allows to obtain high quality wines while maintaining the typicality unchanged.

The approximately 11 hectares of vineyards that make up the company extend in the hilly area of the classic Valpolicella, precisely between the municipalities of San Pietro in Cariano, Negrar and Marano di Valpolicella. The wines produced are born from the premise that the characteristics of the territory must be respected in order to make recognizable wines. In this sense, the grapes harvested from different areas are vinified differently.
