Giorgia Grande's cellar, small in size but with a decidedly significant production, was born on the border between Genoa and La Spezia among the more than suggestive landscapes of the Cinque Terre area. The vines are located respectively in Cornice and Monterosso, in the heart of the Levantine Riviera made up of mountainous environments rich in woods.

The vineyards tended by Giorgia Grande are exposed to the east, rise about 300 meters above sea level and are kissed by the sun for several hours during the day. What matters most for this Ligurian winemaker is not the quantity of bottles produced but the care and respect for nature and the fruits it gives.

In this mini-winery, no chemical additives such as fertilizers or herbicides are used, just as sulphites are not used during the manufacturing processes in the cellar, but only the indigenous yeasts of the grapes. Along with spontaneous filtrations at uncontrolled temperatures and refinements carried out in steel, filtration and clarification practices are not carried out.
