-" Le déjeuner des Gottars ", a real gem, an unfiltered red IGT Toscana that I didn't just choose, but that I created by working together with the Tuscan producer Manuel Pulcini .

-" A Ciappa ", a Ligurian white wine made from Vermentino grapes, not the classic conventional clear and drinkable white, but a story of one of the vines from the unconventional perspective of the great winemaker and winemaker from Riomaggiore Walter De Battè .

- " Champagne Brut Aoc Réserve " by Leclerc Briant , a historic maison that represents the most classic blend composed of the three most used grapes in Champagne, a base of pinot meunier and pinot noir, with a good percentage of chardonnay, all enhanced by the "brut dosage", that is, a good compromise between very dry (nature) and sweetish (dry).
