The Stundaio di Cascina Praié is a Rossese - a black grape variety typical of western Liguria - from this splendid Cervo vineyard , overlooking the Mediterranean Sea .
The wine has a light ruby red color , on the nose it offers a scent of dog rose with spicy notes and on the palate it is broad and enveloping , with good freshness and velvety tannins .

Cascina Praié 's Stundaio Rossese is a very versatile wine, as far as combinations are concerned.
Excellent to be enjoyed cool in summer for an aperitif with friends or to drink a little warmer on an autumn evening , perhaps with a good plate of pasta with meat sauce!
In summer it is a wine that we like to drink cooled , therefore around 12 ° C. For the rest of the year , however, we manage to appreciate it best around 14 \ 15 ° C.
This rossese follows a vinification and aging in steel only.
The vineyards are located on the coast between the Savona area and the first Imperia hills , in the municipalities of Cervo and Andora .
The soil is of medium texture, clayey , calcareous .
