Description

The Corte Giara line, from the name of the homonymous estate, was born from the desire to create high-value and young wines, for everyday pleasure, with a modern appeal without ever losing the great tradition of Veronese viticulture .

A great example of this is this Valpolicella Ripasso di Corte Giara , a red created from an entirely territorial blend of Corvina and Rondinella , from vineyards located on the Veronese hills of Valpolicella, in the municipality of Fumane .

The nose has hints of plum and cherry, medicinal and balsamic herbs, a vein of undergrowth and wet earth with delicate spicy tones of cinnamon. Full , satisfying sip, it completely satisfies the palate and finds an excellent structure especially in the freshness that gives it an incredible boost making it soft and agile at the same time.
