Description

The Manara farm was born in San Floriano in 1950 and has been deeply rooted in the area for three generations and has carried on its winemaking tradition with passion and experience. The constant growth of the company is due to the particular attention to all stages of production from the vineyard to marketing, with the main objective of obtaining quality wines while maintaining the typicality unchanged.

The Amarone Classico Corte Manara is a red wine produced by drying but obviously dry with Denomination of Controlled and Guaranteed Origin produced exclusively from Valpolicella grapes .

The color is deep and intense ruby red, the nose is fragrant and the notes of small red fruits and the spices given by the aging in wood are clear. In the mouth it is velvety and dense, a full-bodied but balanced wine with a long and mineral finish.

Why you should drink it

Because the Manara farm has staked everything on respecting the characteristics of the different terroirs in order to make recognizable wines. What does it mean?

That the grapes harvested from different areas are vinified separately and know it: you can't find this technique everywhere. So, in serenity, treat yourself to a fine wine like Amarone Classico and enjoy it all.

When to uncork it

Corte Manara Amarone Classico is an elegant and structured wine which therefore deserves combinations of a certain type.

If you have dishes such as roasts and grilled red meats, game or long-aged cheeses on the menu, then this is the right place for you!

How to drink it

Dispassionate advice: open the bottle an hour before starting to enjoy Amarone and pour it between 16° and 18°C.
