Franciacorta Dosaggio Zero "Annamaria Clementi" by Ca' del Bosco is the sparkling wine dedicated by Maurizio Zanella to his mother, as well as the founder of the cellar whose name it bears. The Cuvée "Annamaria Clementi" has become one of the points of reference in the panorama of Franciacorta, born from the assembly of 3 different vines , namely Chardonnay , prevalent, then Pinot Bianco and Pinot Nero .
This Franciacorta Riserva is an example of elegance and class , it has contributed through other great sparkling wines in the area to give prestige and prestige to this magnificent terroir and its persuasive bubbles.
The nose is mineral , with a continuous succession of fruity citrus scents, walnut, chamomile, honey and slightly fragrant hints. It fills and envelops the mouth with depth and breadth, revealing its extraordinary complexity , it is fresh, harmonious, creamy and persistent.

Being a refined and elegant wine it is perfect to accompany those particular preparations , not for every day, for example try it with a nice risotto with truffles .
Uncork it and let it breathe for a few minutes , remember to keep it in a cool place, but not too much, at a temperature of 10-12°C .
Fermentation in small oak barrels , with a break of 6 months and malolactic fermentation, then refermentation in the bottle according to the Classic Method . The refinement is 8 years and 5 months on the lees .

The Franciacorta soil is essentially of morainic derivation : it is in fact made up, for the most part, of deposits transported over the last 700,000 years by the ancient glacier, the Oglio glacier. It is a very particular terrain, rich in sand and silt , where there are stones of different shapes, types and colours.
