Franciacorta Alma di Bellavista is a guarantee of absolute quality , one of the most symbolic expressions of that strip of land that extends from Lake Iseo up to touching the first hills towards the Po Valley, in the heart of Franciacorta , where the Bellavista winery , with its 190 hectares and its glorious past, is one of the most historic and famous realities in the area.

Alma di Bellavista was born from the union of over thirty selections , obtained from 77% of Chardonnay , 22% of Pinot Nero and 1% of Pinot Bianco , expresses in the glass the extraordinary potential of Italian bubbles and once again confirms the constant growth of bottles produced in this happy corner of Lombardy.

This is a wine rich in floral and fruity scents , slightly vanilla , with good flavor and freshness , with a nice perlage, in short, one of the reference sparkling wines for all lovers of the Italian classic method.

Why you should drink it

Because it is a very rare pearl , not so much to be prestigious and important, but because it embodies the essence of the cellar, paying homage to the land where the family has its roots , protecting and loving them.

It is therefore a label from the heart , which like few others manages to express the pure and authentic tradition of the family. My invitation is to try to express in your own words the emotion conveyed by this Brut and only one comes to mind: Bellavista , which perhaps embodies all the value of this bottle.

When to uncork it

With its delicate scents , it is a perfect bubble for any festive occasion and, at the same time, capable of adapting wonderfully to any meal.

However, I advise you to combine it with fish dishes , whether they are first or second courses, or even with the very popular sushi . You will see that you will not go wrong!

How to drink it

To be uncorked while still fresh , at a temperature of 8°-10°C.

Vinification and Aging

The first fermentation is in steel, with a stop in 35% white oak barrels, selection of at least 75 reserve wines and refermentation in the bottle according to the Classic Method , the refinement is 36 months on the lees.

Located a few steps from Brescia and Lake Iseo , Franciacorta is an area famous for the production of the homonymous wine, Franciacorta DOCG ; it extends for about 200 km and embraces 19 municipalities in Brescia.

The influence of the lake climate with its temperature ranges, the hilly landscape and the presence of heterogeneous plots with high permeability make this morainic area the ideal place to give life to an excellent wine .

The Franciacorta soil is essentially of morainic derivation : it is in fact made up, for the most part, of deposits transported over the last 700,000 years by the ancient glacier, the Oglio glacier. It is a very particular terrain, rich in sand and silt , where there are stones of different shapes, types and colours.
