Description

Andalora Brut is a sparkling wine from the Cascina Praié company, an entirely Ligurian and salty bubble .

The name Andalora derives from the beautiful and fascinating homonymous princess of the legend (if you are interested go and read it all) who gave her name to the village of Andora where Cascina Praié is located.

This wine has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections in the glass . Characterized by notes of Mediterranean scrub and yeast , this is a fresh and drinkable bubble obtained with the well- known martinotti method ( i.e. the bubble is obtained through a second fermentation of the sugars in a special pressurized tank called an autoclave ).

Why you should drink it

Because it is a wine that tells my native land, Liguria , in an innovative way .

Try it to get to know an effervescent , fresh , savory Liguria: thanks to the vineyards of Cascina Praié , overlooking the sea , you will enjoy brackish aromas and unique flavor notes.

When to uncork it

It is a bubble that in simplicity speaks a language of sharing .

Being a Ligurian bubble , why not accompany it with a fried fish, with hot fish appetizers and a fish tartare?

How to drink it

It is an agile , fresh wine, ready to be uncorked immediately and shared .

But be careful, it should be served fresh , better cold so as not to weigh down the bubble, so wait at least the day after delivery at home to enjoy it!
