Description

Refinement and elegance are sophisticated and important characteristics, not so easy to conquer.

Yet Maurizio Anfosso, creator of this Rossese di Dolceacqua “Galeae” , managed to bottle both!

Produced in the municipality of Soldano in Val Verbone, from the Rossese grape variety , this cru recalls the territory in its name, declaring its intimate bond: “Galeae” is in fact the toponym of the place where the grape is grown.

The color is intense ruby red, on the nose hints of pomegranate and white pepper strike, with a spicy finish and in the mouth the intensity and structure, with elegant and soft tones that leave room for freshness on the finish.

Why you should drink it

Rossese is a special grape capable of expressing itself differently depending on the hand and interpretation of the producer. And this version of Ka 'Manciné is worth trying!
