The White "Montej" is a captivating blend of Sauvignon and Chardonnay grapes produced by Villa Sparina who wanted to try their hand at making this white that looks to France.

The " Montej " was born in one of the best known and most appreciated realities of lower Piedmont , the Villa Sparina estate extends over a total of a hundred hectares, of which just over half are vineyards, above all with Cortese and Barbera , the grapes that have always been grown in this territory.

The nose exudes aromas of wild flowers, medicinal herbs, fragrant fruit and slight hints of citrus fruit. In the mouth it is truly harmonious and lively , with a balanced, fresh and savory finish .
