Description
Allegrini's Palazzo Della Torre is mainly produced with Corvina Veronese grapes and with Rondinella and Sangiovese grapes , it is a red that contains in one bottle all the experience of a historic Valpolicella brand and the winemaking tradition of this important area of the Veneto.
This Palazzo Della Torre is a classic Valpolicella red , perfectly in line with what is expected of this area, it is one of the labels that made the winery famous on international markets , thanks to a wine that with its characteristics has become particularly appreciated abroad .
The nose shows intense aromas of black cherry, carob and figs, enriched by elegant notes of coffee and nutmeg. In the mouth it is full-bodied, velvety and harmonious , with a prevalence of ripe and pulpy fruity scents.

How to drink it
I advise you to let it 'breathe' for 15 minutes , serve it at a temperature of 18°-20°C .
Vinification and Aging
Part of the harvest is dried until December, and then blended with the base vinified from fresh grapes. Aging is 15 months in second passage French oak barriques .

We are located in the province of Verona , more precisely in Fumane Valpolicella where the Allegrini family owns more than 150 hectares of vineyards.
