The Cascina Ballarin is located in the vineyards of La Morra , Monforte d'Alba and Novello and here, among the various wines produced - all excellent - their personal interpretation of Barolo is born.

Vinification and Aging

The aging takes place for 26 months in wood , of which 14 in French oak barriques and 12 in large Slavonian oak barrels .
