It is not an easy story that of Livio who arrived in Friuli at the end of the 1930s and had to interrupt his dream of wine production due to the Great War. Despite the overwhelming political, physical and ethnic changes, he does not give up: armed with dreams, passions and courage, he begins to restore the ancient vineyards of Rosazzo and to plant new ones.

The Sharjs di Felluga has a bright golden yellow color. The nose brings out youthful hints of acacia, vanilla, golden apple which are distinctly followed by exotic aromas. In the mouth it is decisive and characterized by a savory vein. Clean finish with good persistence.

Vinification and Aging

The grapes are harvested around mid-September, on a land characterized by marl and sandstone of Eocene origin; these, once in the cellar, are softly pressed and macerated briefly, and then the must is decanted and fermented in steel at a controlled temperature. Once the vinification is complete, the wine ages on the lees for a period of six months, before being bottled and rested for another two months before being marketed.
