The winery is located in Castelletto d'Orba, in the Alto Monferrato, in addition to being the headquarters of the company it is also the home of Marco and Manuela, therefore a really important place and is located on the border of the historic village of the town, along the road of the sources. It is here that this family uses passion and time: from the vinification, which takes place in a farmhouse recovered from abandonment where stainless steel tanks with limited use of controlled temperature have been placed and the amphorae with which AnPiota and rosato 299. No sulphites or selected yeasts are added, only yeasts naturally present on grapes. Furthermore, the product is not subjected to any filtration or any other practice other than decanting and squeezing: natural for these producers means following nature by accompanying it.
