The Maremma Toscana Cabernet DOC of the Marchesi Frescobaldi was born in an area of incredible beauty but also of great potential for the production of high quality wines, a red wine that is mainly produced with Cabernet Sauvignon grapes and with small additions of Cabernet Franc grapes , Merlot and Syrah .
Tuscan label characterized by a modern look , with a strong link with the territory from which it comes. On the nose fruity hints of blackberry, plum and currant, followed by notes of vanilla and licorice. In the mouth it is soft and elegant , with a very long finish and a sweet and fruity aftertaste.
Because, in addition to coming from the great Tuscan tradition , it comes from Maremma , a magical territory where many wines produced with international vines are grown.

Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, with 13-day maceration in contact with the skins , then the wine ages for 12 months in second and third passage barriques, before being bottled.
The Ammiraglia estate is located in the enchanting Maremma, more precisely Montiano in the province of Grosseto .
