Luisitto by Cantine Luchin is a macerated white wine produced in Lavagna , in the province of Genoa , in Liguria .

Vinification and Aging

The must is kept in contact with the skins for about two days , then refined on its own yeasts for about six months . Before bottling, a short natural decantation takes place. Neither clarification nor filtration takes place.

The grapes used for Luisitto of Cantine Luchin are grown in Nizza Monferrato , in the province of Asti , one of the most important places for Italian wine production .
