The Jermann winery was born from the passion and foresight of a family of Slovenian origin, who arrived in Villanova di Farra, in Friuli, in 1881. From simple sharecroppers, the family members became vineyard owners in a few years. Silvio Jermann gave an important turning point to the family business in the seventies who, endowed with youthful flair and imagination, led the family cellar to the top in Italy and then worldwide in quality: no longer heavy, strong and austere wines, but perfumed nectars and harmonious, created according to the most modern logics and methodologies, but always with respect for tradition.

Jermann is the author of wines of great quality and international prestige, one of the most important architects of the excellent reputation enjoyed by all the production of the Friuli region today. The love for the area and for the great native vines guide the work and combine to offer successful results: a magnificent range of exceptional and award-winning whites, but also robust and traditional reds.
