Description

Chianti Classico Peppoli is a splendid expression of vineyards located in the heart of the denomination, a compendium of freshness and enveloping . Since 1985 this wine has become a point of reference in its typology, it is a symbolic expression , a flag in the world of Chianti .

Antinori is certainly one of the best known and most appreciated realities in the world of wine, a blend produced mostly from Sangiovese , while the rest is divided between Syrah and Merlot , which give the wine a delicious and soft touch .

Chianti Peppoli intrigues for its classic ruby color, the nose is amply rich , with an alternation of red fruit and floral hints of violet. In the mouth it is tasty and delicate , by virtue of a caressing tannin and a good contribution of freshness and flavor.

Vinification and Aging

Separate vinification for each type of grape , with long macerations and final assembly. Aging is 9 months in Slavonian barrels , only 10% in barriques.

The Antinori estate is distinguished by the particular richness of minerals present in the soil, located about 5 km from the prestigious Tignanello vineyard . It is located in an enchanted area , a natural amphitheater, where the Tuscan valleys are kissed by sea breezes .
