Description

Founded in 1840 by Alois H. Lun, it is the oldest private winery in Alto Adige , a pioneer in the sale of bottled wine.

The winery wants to maintain high levels of quality and this Alto Adige Pinot Noir by H. Lun is proof of this, it comes from pure Pinot Noir grapes coming from vineyards located in the municipality of Montagna , in the province of Bolzano .

The nose opens with a full and strong bouquet , with elegant hints of red berry fruit, while in the mouth it is truly pleasant , velvety and tannic .

Vinification and refinement

Grapes harvested entirely by hand, followed by vinification which takes place exclusively in large wooden barrels in which it develops its aromas and its aristocracy .

Territory

The Mazzon area , one of the most qualified for the expressiveness of Pinot Noir , hosts the vineyards owned by the company which also extend into the municipality of Appiano , where the classic white varieties are also found, cultivated taking into consideration the different exposures, climatic peculiarities and altitude.
