Description
The Valpolicella Classico DOC produced by Allegrini comes from a typical blend of the area , where a good percentage of Rondinella and 5% of Molinara are added to the Corvina Veronese .
This wine is a great classic , the wine that has always accompanied the lunches and dinners of the more traditional Valpolicella, an engaging red that expresses the more traditional characteristics of one of the most important Venetian denominations , which under the careful guidance of Franco and Marilisa is become synonymous with the excellence of Italian wine in the world, presents with an unmistakable style.
The nose opens with intense fruity aromas among which cherry stands out, enriched by fresh hints of pepper and aromatic herbs. On the palate it is juicy and snappy but over time it turns towards a dimension of greater delicacy.
