Description

Ferrari Perlé Millesimato is a Trento Doc of indistinguishable value , obtained only from selected Chardonnay grapes .

It has a straw yellow color with golden reflections , a very fine and persistent perlage and an intense bouquet of particular finesse , with hints of almond blossom and rennet apple , slightly spiced with a hint of bread crust .

Why you should drink it

Because Perlé is synonymous with Italian bubble and in particular with Trento doc .

Because it is a seductive and elegant wine, with a very long velvety sensation in which there is a light fruity note of ripe apple , pleasant hints of yeast and sweet almonds and a nuanced aromatic base typical of Chardonnay.

When to uncork it

Why not accompany it with hand - pressed breadsticks and Culatello di Zibello ? In fact, its prolonged maturation on the lees gives this Perlé Millesimato di Ferrari freshness but also persistence , characteristics that are perfectly balanced with the fatness of the noblest cured meats .

However, I also recommend it for every event : whether it's a wedding, the celebration of a promotion at work or a toast for good news. Ferrari always . And no, we don't mean the car.

How to drink it

This bottle should definitely be stored in a cool place , away from light. Refrigerate up to 24 hours before . Open and serve at the moment . Serving temperature around 10 degrees .

Vinification and Aging

Careful selection of only Chardonnay grapes harvested by hand . At least 50 months on selected yeasts from own cultures.

The vineyards are located on the slopes of the Trentino mountains , facing South-East, South-West at 300-600m. above sea level . The training system is of the pergola and guyot type.
