Description

We are in 1800 when Clemente Deperi begins his project on the Ligurian terraces. Today the story continues thanks to the great-grandson Paolo, his father Pierluigi and the young winemaker Andrea Magliano.

Fruit of this land, Vermentino has a straw yellow color with characteristic greenish reflections, the nose is reminiscent of the Mediterranean scrub.

In the mouth it is fresh, savory and balanced.

Vinification and Aging

The grapes are harvested and transported to a cold room where they are left for 24 hours at 4 ° C. Soft pressing and controlled T fermentation takes place .

Afterwards the wine is left to refine for 4 months in steel and then another 2 months in the bottle before being released on the market.

We are located in Tenuta La Colombera , set in a small valley totally exposed to the south on the border between Alassio and Albenga, overlooking the Gallinara island.
