Allegrini's Pinot Grigio DOC Delle Venezie Corte Giara is produced with 100% Pinot Grigio grapes , in the homonymous company near Lake Garda, the Corte Giara line includes wines designed for daily consumption , made by Allegrini in collaboration with other winemakers Venetians using the most modern techniques to ensure the highest quality .
The nose is very frank in the notes of green apple and pear, accompanied by a light jasmine, while in the mouth it is fresh , with good correspondence to the aromatic profile and a certain sapidity .

Vinification and Aging
The whole bunches undergo a soft pressing after which they ferment in steel, the wine undergoes a partial malolactic fermentation in October to reduce the great acid push , then it refines 4 months in steel and 2 in the bottle , before being placed on the market.
