The Soldati Brut of the La Scolca company is produced from Cortese grapes vinified and sparkling in purity .

If poured into the glass, its froth will be dense and soft, with a minute and continuous perlage. The color is clear, vivid and bright. The nose is intense and persistent: there is a first fruity impression and then it moves on to delicate floral scents. In the mouth, however, the sparkling wine is very balanced and delicately acidic, with hints of almond.
