Capichera is obtained 100% from Vermentino grapes , it is a wine capable of conquering the sense of smell with a bouquet characterized by scents of white flowers , Mediterranean herbs, medicinal herbs and mineral nuances of flint. The taste is rich , with a harmonious sip characterized by pleasant fruity notes of considerable gustatory persistence.

Vinification and Aging

Territory

The vineyards in which this classic Vermentino is produced are 10-15 year old vines, exposed to East-West at 120m. asl. We are in Arzachena, in the province of Sassari.

Soil

The soil is typical of Gallura which is sandy and rocky , originating from granite decay, very draining and rich in mineral substances .
