This organic sparkling wine, produced with Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir grapes, presents an extraordinary combination of characteristics that make it an option of great refinement and value among the many choices of black grape champagne.
In the glass, Blanc 2 Noirs shows itself with a bright and fascinating light shade , its fine, elegant and persistent bubbles define a festive atmosphere. Vinification and refinement
The production of this Champagne occurs through a careful winemaking process. After a careful selection of the grapes , these are delicately pressed to obtain the base wines, which are then assembled to create the final cuvée. The grapes are vinified with only indigenous yeasts . The creation of the sparkling wine base occurs through spontaneous alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks, followed by a few months of maturation in the same type of containers. After at least 30 months of aging on the yeasts, we proceed with the disgorgement without dosage , with the addition of only wine for topping.

Cumières is a charming village located in the Vallée de la Marne , one of the main Champagne-producing regions in France. The Vallée de la Marne is particularly famous for the cultivation of black grape varieties, such as Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, which find an optimal environment to express their distinctive characteristics.
Soil
