Description

We are in Neive, one of the 100 most beautiful villages in Italy, which in its heart of the Langhe hosts the Angelo Pastura farm, specialized for over a century in the production and processing of Nebbiolo.

Barbaresco Serraboella is a wine produced from the richest vineyards, but precisely selected in a single area and in a single vintage: a pale red color that tells the story of the Nebbiolo of tradition, with young, lively and tenacious tannins that herald an excellent ageing. among the shades of the most intense orange and with the most complex aromas and tastes.

If it is immediately an excellent wine, with aging it will acquire different characteristics to be discovered.

Why you should drink it

I don't know if you understood, but we're not talking about just any wine here!

If the subject is the Barbaresco of the Angelo Pastura farm , we are talking about a gem not to be missed: produced in the Serraboella, MGT (typical geographical mention) in the heart of the Langhe by a company with a centuries-old history.

The Pastura company, unlike the majority, only deals with Nebbiolo; therefore you cannot miss one of the best wines, chosen from the best vineyards, of a company that specializes in one and only vine!

In my opinion, if you don't drink it, you might regret it, so fix it now by adding this bottle to your cart!

When to uncork it

Barbaresco is a perfect wine to accompany dishes such as red meats, perhaps cooked for a long time, and very aged cheeses. And be careful: only take this bottle with you if you know it will be worth it!

A wine like this, produced from the best grapes from the best vineyards, shouldn't be drunk with just anyone.

How to drink it

The ideal tasting temperature is 18°-20°C.

Vinification and Aging
