Pinot Nero Alto Adige is a red wine produced by Castel Sallegg with 100% Pinot Nero grapes , an elegant wine that manages to convey the aromas of Trentino Alto-Adige.

It stands out for its clean aroma , typical of Pinot Noir, with hints of red berries, cherries and spices. In the mouth it has a medium body, balanced and delicate , with a pleasant tannin, which gives a good persistence.

Vinification and Aging

15 days of controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a temperature not exceeding 28°C, then natural malolactic fermentation . Aging for 12 months in French barriques .
